What is the return policy?
Because our product is a one-day rental service, we do not accept returns. Once a booking is made and the rental slot is reserved, the order is considered final. If you need to adjust your booking, you may reschedule once for free by contacting us at least 12 hours before delivery.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All rentals are final sale due to the time-specific nature of the service. Once your order is placed, the equipment is prepared and reserved exclusively for your selected date, meaning refunds or cancellations are not offered.
When will I get my order?
You will receive your equipment on the date you selected at checkout and will be delivered before 12 pm.
We deliver across Dubai, and you’ll receive a WhatsApp message before the driver arrives. Next day delivery may be available depending on availability and booking time.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our compression therapy systems are sourced from premium, internationally recognised manufacturers known for producing high-quality recovery and wellness equipment. All units undergo strict cleaning, testing, and sanitisation before every rental.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Delivery and collection across Dubai are completely free with every rental.
There are no hidden fees. Additional charges only apply if:
- A delivery/pickup attempt is missed
- The booking is rescheduled last-minute
