Shipping, Refunds & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Revive Flow FZ LLC handles delivery, pickup, and logistics for all rental orders placed through our website.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery and collection across Dubai only.
At this time, we do not ship or deliver outside of Dubai.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery is available 7 days a week.

  • Next-day delivery may be available depending on booking time and availability.

  • Standard delivery window: before 12 pm on your selected date

  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation before our driver arrives.

During peak times, slight delays may occur, but we always do our best to arrive promptly.

3. Delivery Process

Once your booking is confirmed:

  1. You choose your preferred date during checkout.

  2. Our team prepares and sanitises the equipment.

  3. We deliver the equipment to your home, office, or preferred Dubai location.

  4. You will receive a message when the driver is on the way.

If you are not home, you may provide instructions for a secure drop-off (reception, guard, neighbour, etc.).

4. Collection / Pickup Process

At the end of your rental period:

  • Pack the equipment in the provided carry case

  • Leave it outside your door at the agreed collection time

  • Our driver will collect the equipment without requiring you to be present

If the equipment is not available for pickup:

  • A missed collection fee may be charged

  • Additional daily rental fees may apply

5. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery & collection across Dubai is free with every rental.

  • Additional charges may apply if:

    • Delivery is rescheduled last minute

    • The pickup window is missed

    • Special access arrangements are required

Any extra fees will be communicated before being applied.

6. Delivery Restrictions

Our drivers cannot deliver to:

  • Unsafe locations

  • Areas without adequate access

  • Outdoor drop-off points exposed to weather

If an alternative location is necessary, we will contact you directly.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address details, lack of access, or customer unavailability, Revive Flow FZ LLC reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule delivery

  • Adjust the rental start time accordingly

We will always attempt to contact you before rescheduling.

8. Condition of Equipment Upon Delivery

Each unit is:

  • Fully sanitised

  • Delivered with all required components

If you believe something is missing or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us immediatelly. 

9. Refunds 

Revive Flow does not offer refunds, and all purchases are final.
