Thank you for choosing Revive Flow FZ LLC. Because we provide a time-based rental service with scheduled delivery, we operate under a no-refund policy. Please read the details below.
1. No Refunds
All bookings made with Revive Flow FZ LLC are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Schedule conflicts
-
Late cancellations
-
Missed deliveries
-
Partially used or unused rental time
-
Any reason once payment has been completed
Once an order is placed, the rental slot and equipment are reserved exclusively for you, and cannot be reallocated.
2. Rescheduling Policy
While refunds are not available, we do allow one reschedule if:

You notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
To reschedule, simply email us with your new preferred date and time at sean.said@reviveflow.ae
Less than 12 hours notice:

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may incur a fee depending on driver availability and preparation time.
3. Missed Delivery or Collection
A missed delivery or pickup caused by incorrect address details, lack of access, or unavailability may result in:

A rescheduling fee

Additional rental charges

A missed collection fee
No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
4. Damaged or Missing Equipment
Our no refund policy also applies in situations where:

Equipment is returned late

Components are missing
-
Items are damaged due to misuse
Repair or replacement fees may be charged separately.
5. Issues With Equipment
If you experience a technical issue, contact us immediately.
We will troubleshoot or replace the unit when possible.
