1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing a rental order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement with Revive Flow FZ LLC. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

Revive Flow FZ LLC provides one day leg compression therapy system rentals delivered directly to customers within Dubai. Availability, prices, and rental conditions may change without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All rentals must be booked through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Revive Flow FZ LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Rental Period

  • Each booking covers a one-day rental period, starting from the time of delivery.

  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

  • If you require an extended rental, you must notify Revive Flow FZ LLC in advance and pay any applicable fees.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and collection are offered across Dubai only.

  • Customers must be available or provide instructions for secure drop-off.

  • At the end of the rental, the device must be:

    • Packed in the provided case and left outside the door at the agreed collection time

  • Failure to leave the device for collection may result in additional fees charged by Revive Flow FZ LLC.

6. Equipment Use & Safety

  • Customers must follow the instructions provided for proper and safe use of the compression therapy system.

  • The equipment is intended for general recovery purposes only and is not a medical device.

  • If you have any medical conditions (including circulatory, cardiovascular, or nerve issues), consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Misuse of the device or use against medical advice is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damage, Loss, or Misuse

By renting from Revive Flow FZ LLC, you agree to:

  • Treat the equipment with care

  • Return it in the same condition it was delivered

  • Accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft

If the device or any component is lost or damaged during your rental period, repair or replacement fees may apply at the discretion of Revive Flow FZ LLC.

8. Hygiene & Cleaning

Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitised before every rental.
Customers must return the equipment reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees charged by Revive Flow FZ LLC.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Modify the equipment

  • Use it for commercial or group purposes

  • Sub-rent or lend the device to another individual

  • Use it in wet areas, outdoors, or in unsafe environments

10. Disclaimer

Revive Flow FZ LLC is not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from the use of our rental equipment.
All customers use the device at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Revive Flow FZ LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of personal property

  • Physical injuries resulting from misuse

  • Delays in delivery outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

12. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking or communication is handled in accordance with the Revive Flow FZ LLC Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

Revive Flow FZ LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
