Rental Agreement & Liability

This Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) is made between Revive Flow FZ LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”).
By placing an order, completing payment, or using our rental equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your rental or purchase.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a rental with Revive Flow FZ LLC, you legally agree to abide by all conditions listed in this Agreement. These terms apply to all equipment rentals, deliveries, and services provided by us.

2. Rental Equipment Provided

Revive Flow FZ LLC rents out leg compression therapy systems (“Equipment”), including:

  • Compression boots

  • Control unit

  • Hoses and connectors

  • Carry/storage case

  • Any accessories included with delivery

All Equipment remains the property of Revive Flow FZ LLC at all times.

3. Rental Duration & Use

  • Each rental is for a one day period, starting at the time of delivery.

  • The Equipment may be used only for personal recovery purposes.

  • You must use the Equipment as instructed, following all safety guidelines provided in writing or verbally.

  • The Equipment may not be used for commercial, clinical, or shared purposes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By renting, you agree to:

  • Use the Equipment properly and responsibly

  • Ensure all components are kept clean, safe, and protected

  • Keep the Equipment indoors and away from water or moisture

  • Return the Equipment in the same condition it was delivered

  • Pack the Equipment in the provided case for collection

If you are unsure about proper use, you must contact us before operating the device.

5. Damage, Loss & Replacement Fees

You accept full financial responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period.

You may be charged additional fees if:

  • Any component is damaged

  • Equipment is lost, stolen, or missing upon collection

  • The device is returned heavily soiled or with liquid exposure

  • The unit is not left outside for the agreed pickup time

Replacement fees for major components can range from AED 800–4,500, depending on the item.

6. Health & Safety Acknowledgement

By renting our Equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

The device is not a medical device and is intended for general recovery and wellness only.

You must not proceed with booking or using our services if you have any of the following pre-existing medical conditions:

    • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

    • Blood clots or clotting disorders

    • Severe varicose veins

    • Peripheral artery disease

    • Circulatory or vascular disorders

    • Heart disease or cardiovascular conditions

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • Diabetes with neuropathy

    • Nerve disorders or nerve damage

    • Recent surgery, fractures, or open wounds

    • Infections or skin conditions affecting the legs

    • Pregnancy, unless approved by a medical professional

If you are unsure whether compression therapy is safe for you, consult your doctor before use.

You agree to stop using the Equipment immediately if you experience discomfort, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual pain.

You understand and accept that your use of the Equipment is at your own risk, and Revive Flow FZ LLC is not liable for any injury resulting from pre-existing conditions or misuse.

7. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Revive Flow FZ LLC, its owners, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the Equipment

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Accidents, injuries, or physical reactions

  • Delays or availability of service

  • Any actions outside the control of Revive Flow FZ LLC

By renting from us, you assume full responsibility for your own safety.

8. Delivery & Collection Terms

  • Delivery and pickup are provided across Dubai.

  • You must ensure the Equipment is available for collection at the agreed time.

  • Failure to leave the Equipment outside for collection may incur a missed collection fee.

  • If collection is delayed due to customer unavailability, additional daily rental fees may apply.

9. No Warranty

Revive Flow FZ LLC provides the Equipment “as is” and disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Agreement Upon Purchase

By clicking “Complete Purchase,” “Book Now,” “Rent Now,” or any checkout button on our website, you automatically agree to this Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver in full.

Your payment serves as your digital signature and acceptance of these terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
